Usage: Before going out in the sun, apply the recommended amount to the area

• you want to use with your fingertips and wait for a few minutes.
• The amount of sunscreen product required for an adult human body is 2mg/cm2.
• This amount is equivalent to about 36g (6 full teaspoons).

Warning: Do not apply the product around the eyes.
