Evans Genera Snare Drum Batter Heads are made of a singleplyof 10-mil film, giving you sharp attack combined with a round tone that has a very wide usable tuning range.

A 2 mil overtone control ring ‘floats’ on the underside of the head, dampening annoying overtones and further drying up the sound.

Precision-drilled dry vents around the perimeter let air out with each strike, further reducing overtone ringing and sustain.
